Front Office

Kim, Erika and Laura run our front desk and are in charge of scheduling new patient consultations and subsequent appointments. They are valuable members of our team at CSANY.

Office Manager

Lauren is our office manager and has been with CSANY for 14 years.

Patient Care Coordinators

After your consultation, you will meet with one of our patient care coordinators, Louisa or Barbara. They have been with CSANY for more than 20 years combined. They will assist in scheduling your procedure, discuss financing options and make sure you are comfortable with every step of your procedure. They will assist you in obtaining preoperative clearance and help arrange your visits after your procedure. With over 20 years of experience in cosmetic and plastic surgery, they are an invaluable resource to our patients.

Financial Staff

Stacey handles the insurance billing and predetermination of benefits where medical insurance may provide coverage (i.e., skin cancer surgery and breast reconstruction). They have been with CSANY for more than 20 years.

Surgical Facility

All procedures performed by CSANY surgeons are performed in our brand-new, state-of-the-art facility located adjacent to our office. It is one of the only Medicare-certified facilities dedicated to plastic surgery in the New York City area. As it is Medicare certified, it meets or exceeds safety standards required by hospital operating rooms. It is staffed by registered nurses, experienced technicians and board-certified anesthesiologists to ensure your safety throughout your procedure.
